Powered by Polygon, the collection will offer holders extra perks such as a chance to meet the woman captain or receive signed items from her.

According to World of Women’s COO Shanon Snow, the collection helps bring women in sports into the limelight after being in the shadows for years, adding that the partnership helps to showcase “the resilience of women” in the field. Snow also noted that the collaboration is part of a mission “to immortalize” the likes of Alexia using blockchain technology.
