Today marks the start of The Crypto Gathering, a virtual crypto conference from financial media company Real Vision, which promises to be one of the biggest crypto events of the year. Featuring crypto luminaries such as Arthur Hayes, Changpeng Zhao, Mike Novogratz, and Ari Paul, the two-day event will see everything from crypto basics to the inner workings of the DeFi movement. The Crypto Gathering represents a great opportunity for new starters in the crypto world and old hands alike to learn and discuss the topics of the day, and all from the comfort (and safety) of their own home.
Real Vision’s Crypto Conference Promises Much
The Crypto Gathering kicks off on Monday morning (EDT) with an introduction from Real Vision co-founder Raoul Pal, who then chairs a discussion between Mike Novogratz and Anthony Pompliano and Mark Yusko of investment company Morgan Creek. Other highlights of Monday include a light hearted look at the history of cryptocurrency with comedian and writer George Kareman; a four-way panel discussion on ‘finding the edge in crypto’ with Meltem Demiroros, Nugget’s News founder Alex Saunders and others; and an interview with Block.one founder Brendan Bloomer.
Perfect Event for the Crypto Junkie
Tuesday kicks off with a panel discussion on the future of Bitcoin with Tuur Deemeester and Peter McCormack among others, before interviews with Ari Paul and Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao. Two other interviews of interest feature Bitwise co-founder Hunter Horsley and Fidelity Digital Assets president Tom Jessop, before Vinny Lingham and Mike Novogratz get the chance to share their thoughts on the state of crypto.
With so many big names on the agenda and cryptocurrency suddenly thrust into the spotlight, the two-day crypto conference promises to be a fascinating event.
