- PAC Global and Changeangel are working together to help eradicate global hunger with Syntropic Agroforestry
- Changeangel’s crypto donation widget will power acceptance of 17 cryptocurrencies to begin with
- PAC Global has boots on the ground in Curacao to puts its Syntropic Agroforestry plans into place
The crypto world is one of the most generous worlds humans have ever seen. People are willing to put their differences aside to help each other out, something the rest of the planet could learn from, and today we’re looking at Syntropic Agroforestry.
In a brand-new partnership between PAC Global and Changeangel, it’s now possible to donate in 17 cryptocurrencies and help grow edible rainforests, feeding millions of people from the poorest corners of the planet!
We are so happy to be partnering up with team @PACcoinOfficial
You can now donate 17 different #cryptocurrencies using team changeangel’s donation widget and help to Build Edible Food Forestshttps://t.co/hV37zcVRvM donated $100 worth of $DGB

True Sustenance for All
PAC Global has a charitable arm that focuses heavily on planting edible rainforests, which translates into creating vast areas of land that will have fruit and vegetables planted on them in a bid to create the most regenerative ecosystem and maintain biodiversity.
New plants are added stage by stage. These stages are called “strata”.
First up comes the pioneer stage, where plants such as sweet potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, cucumbers, beans, watermelons, pumpkins and radishes will be planted – each with different harvesting times.
The first harvest is expected within 2 months and continuous harvest up to and including when the trees start bearing fruit.
These plants are chosen to be planted first due to their very nature, being able to resist the harshest of conditions and a wide range of native insects and viruses.
Once these plants have settled and taken well, more fragile species will be introduced to the environment. These are some of the principles from the concept known as syntropic agroforestry.
What is Syntropic Agroforestry?
Edible food forest ecosystems use the concept of Syntropic Agroforestry. This concept was founded by the “godfather” of the industry, Ernst Gotsch. Gotsch started the first Syntropic Agroforestry farm in Brazil back in the early 1980’s .
Gotsch successfully turned an abandoned timber farm with very poor soil quality into a world class regenerative farm with 3x to 4x the yield of traditional single crop land.
After just three years, this is what an edible forest has the potential to look like. To think all of this can be achieved in just three years is truly outstanding!
For more information on how Syntropic Agroforestry works and how PAC Global is using this technique, you can refer to their impressive whitepaper. Seriously, it will answer all of your questions!
Speaking about how PAC Global is using Syntropic Agroforestry, Robin Matthes, Chief Philanthropy Officer at PAC Global and President of PAC Agro Inc said:
“We’ve already published our bookkeeping on the blockchain and are developing a number of other blockchain applications. Due to the fact that Curacao is a small island, most perishable goods currently get imported.”
“Fruits from the food forest that we are creating will be picked ripe from the tree and are grown on nutrient rich soil. The soil is nutrient rich because mulch is used.”
“Mulch is biomass, this is obtained through the process of pruning – cutting off branches and leaves on an ongoing basis, and using them to cover the soil.”
“This way the soil improves overtime. No pesticides or artificial fertilizers are used and there’s also a reduced need for water as the ecosystem develops.A plague indicates that there’s an imbalance in the system. You don’t go around spraying and watering a rainforest either.”
“Syntropic Agroforestry is a beautiful ecosystem, all of the trees support each other in some way, shape or form. To illustrate, some trees that need full sun function as an umbrella and provide shade to those plants that prefer shade.”
Plans to Feed the World
For now, PAC Global is currently working on creating a Syntropic Agroforestry area in Curacao as a pilot project. Once PAC Global has managed to gain more sponsors and donors thanks to the help of Changeangel and the cryptocurrency world, they plan on expanding these projects out to the likes of Kenya, Jamaica and Haiti.
Syntropic Agroforestry essentially converts huge areas of unused or poorly utilized farmland into flourishing miniature rainforests full of fruit and veg that the locals can consume – something governments haven’t yet managed to conquer.
This could truly be the solution to the end of starvation and hunger around the world and combat climate change.
How Can I Donate?
Taking part in eradicating starvation and hunger from the world is now easier than ever before thanks to changeangel’s crypto donation widget. All you have to do is head on over to the PAC Global website and head to the charity section.
From there, you can click a button that says “donate” and a box will pop up, allowing you to select one of 17 cryptocurrencies and an amount to donate.
It will then be sent directly to PAC Global who will ensure it makes its way to the pilot project in Curacao, allowing these researchers to perfect their Syntropic Agroforestry and hopefully change the planet!
Once again PAC Global and changeangel are helping the world in ways major governments have failed. Keep up the amazing work!
