Blockchain Ireland Week (May 30-June 1)
Blockchain Ireland Week 2022 is a hybrid program of events that will explore the developing role of new technologies in Ireland and globally, examining their value, understanding their impact and how Ireland can take full advantage.
Blockchain Ireland Week will analyze how Irelanders can use crypto and Web3 to build a new generation of services and applications in finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government, and beyond, with speakers from the Irish Government, The Linux Foundation, Coinbase, Microsoft and more.
The event is organized by Blockchain Ireland, an industry network that works to promote and share information on blockchain, crypto and Web3 in the country. The organization was founded in late 2015 and co-signed the Cooperation on European Blockchain Partnership in February 2019.

BitMart Lists QANX (May 30)
BitMart will list QANplatfom’s QANX token next week, with the following dates key:
- Deposit feature: 5/28/2022 6:00 AM (EDT)
- Trade feature: 5/30/2022 6:00 AM (EDT)
- Withdrawal feature: 5/31/2022 6:00 AM (EDT)
QANplatform promotes itself as a quantum-resistant Layer 1 hybrid blockchain platform that enables developers and enterprises to build quantum-resistant smart contracts, dApps, DeFi, DAO, NFT, tokens, metaverse, and Web3 solutions on top of the QAN blockchain platform in any programming language.
QANplatform is Ethereum EVM compatible. The company says this makes it easy for DEXes, NFTs, and DeFi solutions to migrate to the Quantum-resistant QANplatform easily. Using what it calls the “Proof-of-Randomness” (PoR) consensus algorithm, QANplatform claims validation (“mining”) can be done even with a mobile phone or Raspberry Pi.

LBank Lists TAG (June 1)
LBank will list TAGCoin from TagProtocol with the trading pair TAG /USDT on the following dates:
- Deposit Enable: 20:00 May 23, 2022 (UTC+8)
- Trading Open: 20:00 June 1, 2022 (UTC+8)
- Withdrawal Enable: 20:00 June 2, 2022 (UTC+8)
TAG Protocol is a Binance Smart Chain DAO that provides a hashtag registry, staking, and trading service. TAGCoin users can register and own unique social media hashtags in the same way they can register and own domain names. By participating in the daily Hashtag Staking Pool, the hashtags can be used to mine TAGCoin.

ONTOCHAIN Summit (June 1-2)
ONTOCHAIN summit will feature presentations of essential software services and demonstrations, funding opportunities (grants up to €119.5k), and an open discussion on specific technological aspects aimed at trustworthy data exchange and knowledge management.
Discussion topics at the summit will include the semantic marketplace, application-level proofs, tokenomics, cross-chain interoperability, oracles, and blockchain-based knowledge management. So if you know what any of those are you’re more than welcome to discuss them.
Participants will also have an opportunity to pitch ideas that could contribute to the ONTOCHAIN software ecosystem, with a five-minute pitch window in front of the audience and a trapdoor to a pit containing a rancor for those who don’t impress.
