The Adidas X Crazyfast Bugatti boots draw inspiration from Bugatti’s reputation for speed and performance. They are built around Adidas’ preexisting X Crazyfast boot, focusing on speed and lightness, mirroring Bugatti’s “Form Follows Performance” design approach.

Ready for the confusing tech bit? Here we go. The boots feature Adidas’s Speedframe sole plate technology, offering a lightweight yet rigid structure for rapid acceleration, while the Aerocage innovation and Aeropacity Speedskin provide support, stability, and breathability. Carbon fiber inlays in the boot’s tooling mimic the material used in Bugatti cars.
The semi-transparent mono-mesh material on the mid-foot cage incorporates Bugatti Blue, paying homage to the brand’s early Grand Prix cars. The boots display the phrases “Impossible is Nothing” and “Create the Incomparable,” reflecting the values of both companies.
The rear of the boot bears the insignia of Ettore Bugatti, the brand’s visionary founder. The X Crazyfast Bugatti boots are presented in a unique box inspired by carbon fiber weaves, mirroring the lightweight and robust material used in Bugatti hypersports cars.
Right, sales pitch over. Bottom line, they won’t make you play like Messi but they’re pretty nice-looking and will definitely be a talking point.

Recipients won’t just be lacing up in real life, they’ll be doing it online, too. The boots will be auctioned on the Adidas Collect web3 platform from November 8th to 11th, where winners will receive an exclusive digital shoebox, which can be redeemed from November 13th, allowing them to pick up an NFT pair alongside the real thing.
Adidas has been in the blockchain space since 2019 and ventured into NFTs in 2021 with its ALTS collection.
