Bitcoin SV News

Bitcoin Cash Satoshi’s Vision (BCHSV) is a Bitcoin Cash fork headed by Craig Wright and CoinGeek founder Calvin Ayre which began life after the hard fork on November 15. Wright and Ayre wanted to split from Bitcoin Cash on a number of principles, chief among them a rejection of Canonical Transaction Ordering (CTOR) and the introduction of a 128MB block size to reduce the need for scaling later on. It was named Satoshi’s Vision because the founders believe the principles of the project aligned to Satoshi Nakamoto’s original vision for Bitcoin, which is hotly debated within the community. Wright and Ayre are controversial figures, and their actions and methods of community engagement has led to the token being banned by some leading exchanges.
