What it does do is set the scene and carry the visuals through into a narrative, which is where a lot of other casinos fail. So, in that regard, it’s good on them. 

Everything is clear and legible, so navigation, and finding what you’re looking for, is easy. The awesomeness carries on to the links at the bottom of the page. You’ll find info on pretty much anything including a casino dictionary, which is brilliant for newbies. 

On the top right of each page, you’ll see the Help tab. Click on it, and you’ll have quick access to their Live Support, social media accounts, as well as links to probably the most-used elements such as banking, tournaments, casino FAQs, and crypto FAQs.

All of this shows that they’ve really thought the website through and are catering for a variety of use cases and trying to make the experience intuitive for players. As I’m all about the user experience, I reckon King Billy knocks it out of the park!

 But… it’s not all perfect. The copywriting / English translation on the site can be a bit dodgy. You’ll get the gist of what they’re saying, but after all the work they put in elsewhere, this aspect does let them down a bit. As an example:

They’ve also managed to spell the names of their game providers incorrectly, which is pretty shameful. And while they have lots of info on the site, there’s nothing about their security – another big oversight.

Coming back to the good stuff though, this has to be one of the best designed online casino websites out there. Of course, it also looks stunning on small mobile devices, such as cellphones. Again, navigating via mobile phone is a doddle.
