- Dapper Labs has revealed it’s going to launch a new NFT marketplace later this month
- The marketplace will be powered by the Flow blockchain which also holds other NFTs such as the NBA Top Shot collection
- Known as LaLiga Golazos, the exchange will be based on the Spanish soccer division of the same name
NBA Top Shot creator Dapper Labs has revealed that its much-touted NFT marketplace will be open to a select few this month. Dubbed LaLiga Golazos, the exchange will revolve around the famous Spanish soccer division ‘LaLiga’ and will be hosted on the Flow blockchain. Flow already powers Dapper Labs’ other creations, such as NFL All Day.
Beta Mode to Launch on October 27
Announced last month after joining hands with LaLiga, the soccer-focused platform will be available in a closed beta mode when it goes live on October 27th. Its launch mode is similar to Top Shot, which also started in beta and evolved to onboard more users before finally being made available to the general public.
The marketplace will sell NFTs that resemble trading cards, capturing key moments in the league between 2005 and 2022. Some of the NFTs will include match overviews and the prowess of different players, similar to what’s already on offer with Dapper’s already popular brands.
Be among the first to own and collect one-of-a-kind officially licensed LaLiga digital collectibles.

Dual Language Offering
To attract non-Spanish-speaking NFT collectors and soccer lovers, the details will be presented in both Spanish and English, marking the first time that a Dapper Labs creation will be available in two languages.
According to LaLiga’s Executive Director Óscar Mayo, the NFTs bridge the gap between the league, clubs, players and fans. Mayo added that the digital collectibles give fans a “new way to experience the moments they love.”
NFTs available during the beta launch include moments from recent games, while Real Madrid star Luka Modrić and Barcelona’s wonderkid Ansu Fati are among popular players in LaLiga who have agreed to help promote the new NFT marketplace.
