PlusToken was a huge Chinese cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme that ran from May 2018 to August 2019. The scheme raked in ₿180,000 and 6.4 million ETH before a series of arrests, totaling over 100, took place in 2019 and 2020 and brought the scam to a halt.
